Verizon Wireless has officially announced they are taking pre-orders for their version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 by Samsung. The Tab is running HoneyComb Android 3.X and has the same specs as the wi-fi version of the device, but what really differentiates this on from the other... Verizon LTE! That's right, you will be able to access the web, download files at blazing high-speeds, all thanks to Verizon 4G LTE. Orders are said to ship 4-6 weeks after placing orders. So the question is which will Motorola be able to finally upgrade the Xoom to LTE or will Samsung be the first with an LTE compatible Android tablet.
